Decent Hotel Experience
helpful staff close location poor service small portions
The staff, including Marinella, Riccardo, and Luca, were cute. They were professional and helpful throughout my stay. The location was close to major attractions. I also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
The service was not always great. There was no one to help with luggage upon arrival. I had to carry my bags to the taxi myself.

the room was elegantly designed with nice fabrics. breakfast had great scrambled eggs, which i really enjoyed. the location was very convenient to many museums. the staff was cute and accomodating.
my room lacked a coffee machine. i also found the bathroom to be quite small.

the breakfast included an a la carte menu (it was great!). the suite we had was spacious. i did not want to leave the suite. you could pick and choose from the menu.
i would have liked a kettle in the room, or free hot water with tea and coffee in the bar.

small room missing towels
The staff was very attentive, especially at breakfast.
My room, a beautiful double room, felt quite small. The bathroom was especially cramped and lacked a coffee machine, which I really missed. Clean towels were also missing one day.

a la carte options helpful staff central location
The breakfast offered a la carte options. Staff were always available and very helpful. My room was spacious with a nice bathroom. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to many attractions.

wide choice delicious breakfast perfect location
The breakfasts were deliciously prepared. I particularly enjoyed the wide choice available. my room, a beautiful double room, had plenty of space. the location was fantastic. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.
the staff at the floors, perhaps due to language problems, were a little difficult to communicate with, though they tried their best.
